O Rocco!!! Looks great Josh. That sweat effect is incredible; it even has depth!

I'm not too well versed in the sculpt. Did you add the cut or is that original?

This was an earlier Hot Toys sculpt. It amazing how their paint apps developed throughout the years. Here is what it looked like originally.

The cut above the eye was added after the skin tone was laid out to add a bit more realism to the look of it.

Jeez... it looks practically fugly by current standards; but I remember being super impressed with the original Rocky figures :lol

That is too awesome! :lol

Yeah I often think of how the Hot Toys Aliens Drake sculpt looked from the factory and am amazed at how they pumped up their paint apps.

I know that HT made figs for Rocky 3 & 4 but I didn't know if one of the sets came with a beat up sculpt or not. You're the king of adding cuts bro; if I can ever get my hands on a original Mech Test Stark sculpt I'd love to send it your way for a proper beating.

HT really has come a long way from all the 2006-2007 stuff that was cartoony looking. I wish to god that they would redo the whole Colonial Marines

Keeping the Stallone vibe going, here is Hot Toys Rambo sculpt.

Amazing Josh,just AMAZING.

These 2 HT figures are among the very first 1/6 figures i bought in 2006/2007.Extremly dated but i never wanted to sell them because they still have a certain value to me and have been here since i started with this hobby.
And man did you work your magic on these, making such old dated figures look THIS good.

can't wait to recieve these.I have a body and Poncho ready here for Rambo:yess:

Considering these were some of Hot Toys originals the sculpts were not bad at all. The Stallone likeness was definitely there. They were fun to paint up. I can't wait to see them on the bodies and all bashed up. :peace
