SNAKE PLISSKEN: Escape From L.A. custom help?

It seems most people only wanna do the EFNY outfit but I wanna see one from LA - I like that outfit much better plus the dual holsters kick ass. Has anyone got advice for this look?

His coat if like thin light leather and his pants and vest look like PVC. I'm thinking of giving it a go when I've painted my Hero Head of Snake up. I guess the full list I'd need is:

Leather coat
PVC (or leather) black vest
PVC (or leather) black pants
Dual pistol holsters
Two python revolvers with scopes
Belt with silver buckle.
Black gloved hands
Black boots
Big countdown watch
Communicator

Yes, I've seen it already. His was NY Snake , LA Snake never seems to get any love.
