I can't think of any relevant Marvel char with lace up boots dunno why ;x
Rogue, Phoenix, She-Hulk, Ms.Marv can break the ground but no lace ups.

Strong woman who is powerful enough to break the ground. It looks like she jumped and landed there. I don't think is she Hulk cause I would assume the shoes would be breaking.
