Don’t remember ever seeing an all encompassing SNK thread in here, so I figured I’d start one off. I recently completed a custom 1/6 Ryo Sakazaki and 1/6 Mr. Karate to go with the Tunshi Studios Yuri Sakazaki.

K looks way too tall and looks more like the hong kong comic book version than the original design. iori looks shorter than he suppose to but i think that ver has the best head

.K’ for some weird reason had a really long neck peg resulting in a giraffe look. Removing it makes him look much much better, but you lose that sense of security knowing the head isn’t attached to anything.
And you’re right again: iori’s face looks great, but he should’ve been much taller.
i read you can trim the diameter of the cup shaped neck peg so it goes deeper into the sculpt without damaging the sculpt.No lies detected here

Despite it being wrong, I’m in the camp that feels Emen’s K’ is all we’re gonna get. Beggars can’t be choosers, know what I mean?
Whilst I wish we had a better portrait, I don’t hate or dislike it. I gotta be realistic with my expectations.
Look at Terry Bogard, arguably more recognizable and more popular than K’ and all we got was that ONE Worldbox 1/6
You’d think we’d be knee deep with Terry’s at this point…but nope.
Sadly, unless someone can produce a more accurate or better looking K, the one we have is all we’re gonna get.

Oh, there is a SNK figures thread !
I recently ordered :
-Chizuru by Poptoys
-Iori by Worldbox
-Vice by Emen Genesis
Since I hate seamless rubber bodies, I will have to change the body for Vice. There is also no reason to give her a phicen body, she is fully clothed.
I have Shermie (my favorite female character from KOF) on pre-order. It's about time we have a figure of her ! There was literally nothing a year ago, in any scale. Now there is only the Kotobukiya 1/7 statue. And now soon a 1/6 figure. It's also probably the easiest face sculpt to make, so why so few figures ?
I feel like the Tunshi figures have undersized heads, but it may be because of the tbleague/phicen bodies that are very tall. Again, a body swap could help. But of course not everyone likes visible articulations. I don't mind personnaly and I prefer sturdy durable bodies that don't attract dust and/or crumble into pieces of rubber depending on the weather.
I can undertand the need for a phicen body with an almost naked character like Mai
But for Chizuru or Vice, there is no point. And for Shermie, only the knees will be visible.

Are you going to get the VeryCool Mai? I kind of wish Storm Collectibles did more 1/6 figures, their 1/12 KoF looks amazing and if they could replicate that with soft goods, I would be all over it.Oh, there is a SNK figures thread !

I don't think so. Because Mai is almost naked and I plan on swapping bodies with more durable jointed bodies. And with Mai, it won't look good. It's better for characters wearing a little more clothes
And Mai is not one of my favorite characters. Of course everyody likes her for...obvious reasons
, but she is not my priority. I need a Shermie and a Blue Mary before.I had some Storm collectibles figures. Their SNK line is good, but they are kinda bad with female figures. Just look at their recent Morrigan figure.
Their Cammy was bad too. Juri was good. It's really hit and miss.To be fair, their SNK females are ok. Mary is good, Mai is ok (weird faces though) But I don't really trust them...and they make really few female figures (maybe because they know they need to improve...)
