Kissingtoast dusted when he died so I'm assuming he wasn't as old/powerful as The Master (though I know he was pretty old).

The Master killed Buffy in an alternate universe. She must have gotten lucky in the real universe.

I get what you're saying (and agree to a point), but Kakistos was said to already be old in the time of Greek antiquity. I think the fact that they both had physical deformities (bat-mouth and hooves)...I think the fight would be closer then you'd think.

While they were both obviously very old and powerful, I think the master was smarter. He seemed a lot more clever than Taquitos, who seemed to be more about brute force.

Why would this be a continuity error? The Master is older then Kakistos. He even looks older.

But really, I guess it doesn't matter if one is 500 years older then the other...they're both damn old.

I was reading up on the Master on his wiki article and how in Joss' original script he was 600 years old making him only 200 when he sired Darla but he still had his demonic appearance. So at some point Joss decided he should forget the specific age of the Master. I honestly can't say if the 600 year age thing ever aired on the series or if it was only in the script.

It was never explained, but The Master seemed to be de-evolving into a bat and Cheetos was de-evolving into a goat or a pig. Personally I think Vampires I think bat, not goat.

For the record The Master's hands are non-human compared to other vampires, which are still human looking. Also his whole head has changed, including his ears. Tortita's ears and most of his head are still normal for a Vampire.

Also, The Master has been drinking blood for so long that his lips are permanently stained red.
