Just do them about the same size as a Sideshow Gift Card... I put my Gift Card in the holder last year and there was plenty of room left over, so it would fit down in there nice and the "door wardens" can still see your badge.

Sounds good! I will print some up and laminate them to protect from the sweat and mildew on Saturday. I will have a handful to pass out to anybody that wants one on Thursday at the Sideshow panel. A veritable handful, I should say.
