I have yet to see this for the last 2 to 3 years...and on Yahoo they finally have a release date at the end of this month for the USA....cant wait...I read all of Howards Solomon Kane Stories....To me he is like Batman, Van Helsing, and Lone Wolf and Cub all rolled into one

Bought a DVD of this from england off of ebay a year or two back and quite liked it a lot. It has a couple of slow spots, but I though Purefoy nailed the role...

Own this on blu ray and honestly, it's a proper decent fantasy film. I'd definitely say it's worth at least 1 watch. The second half of the film really is very entertaining, and the effects in my opinion were very well done/designed for its budget.
