They are actually 7.5 inches tall.
To give you a better idea of scale look at the pic i posted with the I Robot busts, the smaller ones are the same size compared to the life size one.

Thanks, still organising it a bit, selling bits off, adding bits lol. Thought i had the CM wall sorted until CM's Indy and Bruce threw a spanner in the works by having deeper bases than the units!
