you write about cast swords, are they metal?
Played around a bit with Geralt and almost lost his necklace when it went flying after swapping heads with a little too much force . I used very minimal editing here and I'm quite impressed with his likeness in these photos. Let me know what you think!

Lighting always makes a difference with how figures look, but for some reason, it REALLY makes a difference with this figure. Flat even lighting is Geralt's true enemy and it exposes the weaknesses in the head sculpt, but with portrait lighting, he really shines.

Here's an example of flat lighting in my Moducase:

Additional thoughts: the cape is pretty weak. I wish it had wires or a better shape and it's unlikely I'll use it. The head with the blackened eyes looks decent, but I wish it had a more fierce expression to go with the poison eyes. It pretty much has the same stoic expression as the regular head. The die-cast swords are great and I appreciate the detail that went into the gems on the main sword, the magnetic sheath works very well.

Great photos! He looks so good under the portrait lighting!!

To be honest, I wasn’t 100% sure if they were fully die cast but I saw a few other people online mentioned theirs being metal. They aren’t as heavy as some of my other die cast accessories but they are cool to the touch, make a metallic “ting” when I tap them, and don’t bend easily, so I do think they’re metal.

If I’m wrong about that, my apologies!

Thank you! I’ve been working on improving my figure photography and this one is super photogenic under the right light ❤️

Interesting, I need other people's opinions. I haven’t held this figurine in my hands yet, that’s why I’m clarifying)

There's something about a potion drop holster that's comically absurd to me. But that's the design so **** it we ball.

Mine should come soon, I'm excited.
It's ridiculous and I love it. Just be careful with the tiny potions that come with the figure - some of them sit loosely in the holster so they can easily fall out. They're super small and easy to lose.

So is his pendant, I just lost that yesterday while trying to switch sculpts. It flew off and idk where it landed and now can't find it. 🥲

I lost mine too when switching heads but thankfully found it an hour later buried deep in my carpet. Because there's no neck on the body, it's really easy for it to fly off when you yank off the sculpt. I hope you find yours

Keep an eye on Toy Anxiety - they parted out the ThreeZero figure and will probably do the same for this one. They still have Witcher medallions, but from the Master Team game version.

Highly recommend putting a thumb on the pendant when removing the head to prevent the necklace from falling off.

That's my plan if I don't find it. I asked and they said they are waiting on their stock so we'll see. I hope I do find it and yeah I was thinking I should have done that first before taking the sculpt off.

This is easily the best Geralt that's come to market. A marked improvement over the Buzztoys figure, and absolutely obliterates the joke of figure that is the ThreeZero release. It really looks great, and I'd realistically say a definitive representation unless someone like InArt or HT would approach the series. But there's no way that happens. The build is very solid, and there's a ton of nice, small detail like the patterns in his tunic both through the body andcuff hem. The armor is nicely executed. The silver sword is wonderfully done. On a shelf the sculpt paint is more than adequate, but it does have a bit of "early HT" feel. It suffices.

Agree 100% with this. The best Geralt we've gotten so far and definitely the version that will remain #1 between the three released. It would be great if SooSoo did a S1 and S3 version one day or even a casual look version with new body and sculpts for that specific look.

And yet, are swords plastic or metal?
