I might not always like their episodes and they might not always be funny,
But I really love them for making their stuff. and like Deckard said this show is pretty ballsy.

I mean, they use a cartoon to talk about stuff that no one else wants to talk about, how genius is that.

well yeah that one is a given.
I Guess what I meant is that they won't shy from saying things that other people would consider improper or taboo to talk about, specially for a tv show. They will make fun of anything and anyone. Nothing is safe.

Even the Zimmerman episode was making fun about the riots. they don't care about political correctness and I love them for that. Even if I dont love every season

I think the episodes have been very hit or miss. I don't think it's as good as it was when it was at its peak though.

Yeah the last episode I remember watching was the Obama one ( from last year) I was so disappointed. I really miss when they were acting like kids, finding porn, playing detectives.

Pretty hit/miss for the past couple of years.

that part was funny but the show kind of ruined it at the end when they showed Zimmerman and his "family".

I know they were making him seem like the family in the movie but that part was kind of lame. I dont know.

The kids acted like kids and the episodes revolved around the town and the weird **** that happened in it. Now all they do is make fun of pop culture and basically steal plots from movies and insert their characters into it. They combine two events in pop culture and make fun of it for 30 laugh free minutes.

Every once in awhile they have a gem so that is why I continue to watch it. But it is mostly 6 or 7 lame episodes and maybe 3 good ones.

that's true. The part about the kids being kids and the weird plots. like the aliens for example

Yeah, I know exactly what you mean. I've been a big fan of the show for years but a lot of the episodes from the past few seasons have been quite disappointing. There's still some good ones here and there but unfortunately its not up to the standard it used to be.

I agree, those type of episodes were always the best, showing them as normal kids in crazy situations, or them misunderstanding some adult situation. I still hoping for a return to form some day.

even the south park kids have to grow up sometime. sorry but i love the new ones because they aren't afraid to insult anyone, anywhere at anytime. they keep up with the times and base shows on current events. no one and nothing is safe which in my opinion makes them one of the ballsiest shows on TV.

That kind of humor is ok every now and again but when it is the basis for your entire show you are in trouble. If I want to hear a bunch of people making fun of bad movies then I'll come to this board. I don't want to have the super preachy South Park guys do it for a whole episode.
