How can a guy cancel figs of the character he created and the character that made him all that cash? I will never understand that guy. Seems like the only thing he cares about lately is losing money (like with Guitar Hero and the crappy SP's he's making now.)

todd is a cool artist, but a good writer he's not. in fact, his own penned spider-man and spawn stories are some of the worst garbage ever put in comic. funny thing is, he has no clue that he's a lousy writer, judging by how he boasted about having written the script for spawn movie 2.

Man I used to be so into Spawn. Still got tons of Mcfarlane stuff hanging on my walls. But when I got into Hot Toys...it just doesn't match up to the quality. So I'm currently getting rid of all my Spawn figures.

There was a time that I would love to have some high end Spawn figures. But Todd has ruined the comic by first letting it go to pot, and now with killing Al and doing the whole Jim thing, which is a total fail. Now he has devalued the whole brand name by canceling the AF line. Manufactures are smart, and they figure, if the guy who created the character and made a fortune selling them wont even make them anymore, why should anybody else?
Thats why you see an obscure property like Mars Attacks being made instead of Spawn...I'd love to see a Hot Toys Spawn figure but because Todd is such a knucklehead it will never happen. Instead he grants a license for t-shirts.
T-SHIRTS...is that the best you can get?
