They are made by Yujin....think they are part of Takara/Tomy right now. The 1st set was Spider-Man (secret character Spider-Man 2099 which I don't have) and the 2nd set was Marvel (secret character Black Spider-Man and Stealth Iron Man). Here are some pics...

Scarlet-Spider isn't that rare. He was one of the regular releases. I bought the Spider-Man set (6 figures) for about $25 and the Marvel set (8 figures) for about $45.

Search under "Yujin Marvel" or "Yujin Spider-Man" they have a few on evilbay. Definitely not worth $15 each though....cheaper to get them in a set.

Carnage is definitely my favorite out of all of them. The red areas on him are actually translucent and the effect looks pretty neat.
