Yeah great idea,the returned garbage should be destroyed and not sold back to other collectors like Sideshow is known of doing it.They are so sleek they even put another shipping label on top of the older one,not even change boxes. Scammers.

Well I definitely agree it shouldn't happen, but it seems Sideshow does it anyway so it would be to simply call them out on it; not that it will change anything.

For those of you returning your statues to SS for a full refund, I think you should post what ES # you got so for others that are getting converted or order later, then can see if SS is just shipping them a returned unit.

really wouldn't bother, i know for a fact they do this as i recieved a Rogue statue well after it's release. when i opened her up not only was the leg broken right off and not even close to where it should be but even the EXCLUSIVE print was no where to be found. it looked like to me the box had been shipped and then reshipped a number of times.


I tell ya, i lost alot of respect for ssc with that one...

I guess since we do want to give SS a chance with this one. I still hope they will pull through with the good replacements. I will forgive them if they can get me a good one. I'm not talking very picky just no cracks, chips, paint blobs on the face and body, paint peeling off, and bubble spot. I don't even care about the bad painting on the black lines. Let's see if they can pull through with this.

Not a replacement one yet. I'm ok with the wait. I just want a good replacement. There was 2 on this site I believe that had good ones from the start?

Finally opened mine up yesterday. I was so happy at first because the body was perfect and the exclusive head looked great but then I put them together and while they fit it just looked like a sloppy fit. It wasn't tight and it was real off set in the back. Then I noticed the hair on the regular head was broken! I was still trying to convince myself I just needed a replacement head but the more I looked at it I got frustrated because the sculpting looks real sloppy on both heads right where they connect to the base. It had scrapes and little wholes. Made the connection point look real bad imo.

I hate saying this but I think I'm going to return for a full refund...ill decide tomorrow when I call

Sucks to hear mate, this one looks like it's a dud from a quality standpoint and a perfect one will be a rare thing.

I bet storm and scarlet witch is already made at the same factory. If so I hope SS puts some QC persons there not to go through this mess again. Again as long as SS pulls through and gives me a good replacement. Then I can live with that. If no replacements for a brand new release of only days. I would be very angry at them.

I would personally keep it but if SS mess up your new heads, then I would be asking for a refund but I really want Spider-Woman so I'm biased
