Appears the body is being done the same way and material used on the Bucky Barnes Cap PF.

I'm not sure this is fully sculpted, if anything the lack of detail is due to the bodysuit that looks like the same material used on the Bucky Cap PF.

It looks to be fully sculpted. Bucky only had his chest piece to take care of - this would be much more complicated. Plus, there doesn't seem to be a neck seam.

the webs might not be, but with a skin tight one piece that has no visible seems, undies, or large sections of different colors, it's hard to not do the costume fully sculpted. Wolverine has undies. Spider-Man's costume has sections and it's not a 1 piece. Without a bathing suit style outfit, this was the only way to do her well.

Unlikely. As I said above, no visible neck seam. The ex will probably revolve around her arms.

Looks like a Bowen piece to me.

It looks kind of simple and lacking in detail.

Pass on this Bowen 400.00 style statue.

That's just what I thought right after seeing the pic a while ago - it really feels like an oversized Bowen statue imo.

She needs more meat on her.

Agreed. She's been depicted as a much more voluptuous woman than that in these last years. Those hips do not portray her accurately.

First impression, not really wowed by the pf. I like the character Spider-Woman a lot but this just doesn't really attract any interest from me. Now like Chapter said, the picture isn't very flattering and I'll just have to wait for the full reveal.

Same here. All I can say is I'm underwhelmed. Which is a shame, since she's one of the characters I was more interested in. Let's wait and see.

PS: the open left hand is nice, though. That does say 70's Spider-Woman to me.

Slightly off topic but does anyone know how many Marvel PF/Comiquettes/busts have been revealed since they announced the DC license last year ?

All this time and only 1 PF & a Life size bust from DC while they keep on churning out Marvel pieces at a regular pace.

Didnt notice the shoulders. But the hips and waist are kinda meh. Ill need to see the full reveal. I also hope she is mixed media.

From the reveal i must say she is kinda underwhelming, i miss the days where sideshow statues had atleast some element of detail in the statue or atleast the base... (maybe other lines are providing this) fingers crossed that she looks better then percieved.

I hope not. I like a more dynamic base. I have Ms Marvel and indeed she is a great statue but the base is a bummer.

its almost perfect, and i have it, but i dont like the way her hair is sculpted just above her forehead, in the sideshow preview , looks like they got the sculpt better on that front

The SSC pose is very similar to her #1 issue and, more importantly to me, the one sporting the coloring book I fell in love with growing up...

I totally forgot what the Bowen piece looked like! They did an outstanding job on that one.
