He gets his head bashed in with a baseball bat

Well there's only one person who carries around a bat :horror so Glenn's probably safe into S5. :lol

I also forgot about that other new guy, Andrew West who will play "Gareth".

Im thinking, Just like AMC never had the Governor abuse Michonne they will probably stay away from killing the baby next episode.

Im sure Beth will die but I was thinking about it and I can't see them going that far

I've thought about that too, but I think they will. It won't be anything seen on camera, but implied. Like the comic panel, you would just see the hand or something less sever like one of her shoes or something. But I don't think beth, judith, and hershel make it out of this season.

Hershel should have Godmode on at all times. You just can't take out a otugh old bird with a peg leg.

Hershel going might make me just as sad as him in the comic. Hershel in the comic didn't have the likableness that the show version has, but like I said it was HOW he was killed that hurt. I've come to really like him on the show, and how he's kinda like the Grandfather to the group. Maggie and Beth are going to be so broken over it...

I like Hershal too. He is the "kind old grandpa" of the group and it will be heartbreaking like Sophia and Merle's deaths, to see him murdered. I dont think he'll get his head chopped off tho, I think he'll be shot. Beheading is too brutal for Hershal imo. However, if Hershal does die like everyone is speculating, maybe Maggie is the one to retaliate against the Gov by beheading him, instead of Lily or Michonne killing him. :huh That would be a twist!

I honestly think they would do the cliche thing and give the satisfaction to Rick.

Yeah I definitely see that. Hopefully they handle Negan right, Gimple has been doing a good job thus far. I haven't hated this season at all, just the Flu thing lost it's flavor for me although I liked the angle.

I have to agree with you, they build up a big war between the Prison and Woodbury for half a dozen episodes and nothing happens. They broke the mold. :exactly:

Once again, though, if they'd ended the prison plot with the finale and everybody was on the road at the end, it would establish a basic mold for every season. I for one am wholly appreciative they didn't go that route. The last two episodes have been fantastic and are leading right up to what will be an awesome mid-season finale.

I get that, I do. But they were made to run away way too easily. In the comic, they attacked twice and they didn't rollover as easily as they did in the show.

Which I also appreciate. I'm re-reading the compendum ATM, and really like how different they are. There are a LOT of nods to the comics, but they've really become two different beasts.

Especially now considering they went a completely different direction with the Governor, which I like.

I really hope they give him a proper end in the show because I still don't like how he was taken out in the comic.

Why are you spoilertagging in the spoiler thread? :dunno :lol

I actually hope they do. It'd be great to see him **** with Michonne and have her escape somehow, get the upper hand and cut him to ****.

As far as Negan though, since everybody's mentioning him, I'd rather see the cannibal story first. I thought they were going to use that instead of the flu, but since they didn't, I'm hoping that's the season finale's tease.

I forgot what thread I was in :rotfl

I think Hunters were confirmed to be in this season IIRC. They were truly disturbing, eating their own children.
