I missed a crap load of fun today by going to work in the cold to make sure the seniors of this part of the world get their daily mail and small talk with the mailman

I can't lie, I don't have a sob story. I won a t-shirt so far and I have been home all day covered in resin and silicone from making costume pieces for my wife. Does that count for anything????

I missed this mornings first giveaways because my radio show was helping do a fundraiser for Child's Play! A friend of mine knows the developers at 343 and is going to be auctioning off some autographed prints in December to help raise money for that charity. So I can't complain that I missed them, but I'll throw my story into the list too!

Actually, Steve pointed that out! There were several SSC boxes sitting there, waiting to be unpacked. We even helped show Steve that two of his existing PFs have light up sabers! Punkg42 showed him where the batteries go. Steve was very thankful!

Okay I miss a lot do to the fact I am working on a pumpkin project with my 7 year old. She has created a story about a witch turning a kitten into a pumpkin kitten and we are making it in to a whole diorama right now while I am also trying to help my son who's 5 do a book report using pictures instead of words and I am trying to listen for the new born so my wife can actually get some rest. Oh and we didhave a screamfest because there was a bug in my daughters shower and my son is mad because I tackled him and tickled him until he got the hiccups and told on me.





If that doesn't work then I am battling a roving band of Uruk-Hai that think I have taken the Ark of the Covenant and they think the answer to where I hide it is on the computer. And they are really slow at typing so it is taking them quite a long time to finish their search and they only let me look every once in a while when I convience them I am helping them. Dumb Uruk-Hai!

I went in to work today, totally ready to have a very low productivity today to focus on Spooktacular, only to have to turn around and go home to meet the HVAC guy coming in to figure out why my A/C worked but my heat didn't...7 hours later it turns out to be the replacement thermostat was bum out of the box...and I still don't have heat.
