And the winner is... TBOLT! 1992 is the answer, BARELY. I arrived in Norway on January 2nd, 1992. I went to Oslo, Tronheim, and Hell, just so I could say I've been to Hell and back! I did not actually visit ESB sites, because I'm a dumb ****.
I studied abroad in England in the fall of 1991, then traveled throughout Europe for 5 weeks. Norway was the last stop on my trip, before returning to London and going back home.
