When I go to preorder pre order something using these codes all I get are the option for just gift card and coupon in the drop down menu.

Johnny go to the spooktacular page (https://www.sideshowtoy.com/events/spooktacular-2013/) and half way down on the left is a box that says "Know the Promo Word?" Enter them there. It will have you log in and then add them to your account.
