Oh, that would have been nice to meet you. I couldn't make the comic convention myself because I work all weekend most of the time, since I'm still in the casino until I graduate. Well, hopefully, unless they lay my sorry ass off.

I take very good care of my orange and blue mugs. They are on a top shelf in the kitchen which nobody can get to, besides myself.

And I am heartily indebted to you.


One other thing. I don't think we can assume there will definitively not be a Spook Kit. Kathy was cryptic with me on the subject, so we may see something yet. I'm sure they have something planned. It may just depart from what we are used to in the past...

I'm pretty much the opposite buddy. Somewhat free for the beginning, but quite busy at the radiation conference in Boston from the 26th, travel day, to the 31st, fly back day. So I guess that leaves me with Oct. 22-25 for Spooky fun, then just popping in from time to time for the rest.

I love Halloween, and decorations for it. Went to Target tonight to peruse the new blurays, but ended up with these instead...

If no Spook Kit is announced by this week's newsletter on Thursday I'd say it's over and no kit this year.

Given all the other stuff abandoned, I really hope they stick with the spook kit tradition.

I'm actually thinking about picking up those foam pumpkins that you can carve but keep forever. I'm having less and less time every year to carve the pumpkins and they usually wind up last minute and halfassed.

I've only seen precarved foam jacks. Are you saying they have carveable ones? These I got are just ceramic decorations, the big one's for candy.

Reminded me that I have to find my Walgreens Jack in the box...

Yup. Saw them in a box last year with a little saw and everything. Definitely thinking of going that route because I can go all out and not have to worry about it molding before Halloween or not having enough time to do it if I wait.

I'd be very surprised if there is a Spook kit this year.

I think there will be.

I hate this new style. I'll just hang and chat with freaks as time permits, and watch the waves of fakers come and go in chat as contests are announced to be going on there, via other outlets. I'm just not gonna chase three or four various accounts to follow Spook.

Not that I need prizes, it's just very different lately. I can live with my Santa Yoda being my last prize from a Spook.

Someone just text me when the Boba Mythos goes up for order.

I miss the days when everything was on the Spook site.
