Yes, same as if you use a coupon code on it. My Harley EX converted a while back, but I would not risk it even though I would say you chances are pretty good.

I agree, but you just have to make sure and use them on an item you are sure to get and sure to keep.

If you WL something you don't use the points until it converts so if you never get it you don't lose the points because you never spent them.
