I don't have Ryu in hand yet, but from what I've read, and from playing with Ken, yes. My Ken feels nice and tight, a lot of ratchet joints, and the wrists are better engineered.

BTW, please keep me in mind if you decide to sell any of your MGS PAK figures.

Haha. Good, glad to hear you're not going to stick to just the McFarlane stuff.

Yeah, Ken is a pretty sweet figure. I really love the fire accessory, it looks incredible. Then again, PAK energy pieces normally do.

Oh I would never part with my MGS PAK stuff, I've invested 100's of dollars into them and I love all them.

I'm one Cyborg Ninja away from where I want to be. I have one in my sights, but I'm holding off in case I can find a better deal.

Plus I still need Sakura and I have my eye on Leon Kennedy and Captain Harlock.

lol. You guys are probably right. Well, I'll just watch the couple that are on ebay now and see how that goes, if that doesn't work out I'll get the one I have my eye on. My darn OCD just won't let me put the open mask Frank head on the Red Ninja, though that would be a lot cheaper.. lol.

By the way, I know the Peace Walker PAK Big Boss figures are a bit out of scale with the other MGS figures, but what about Miller? He seems okay, and I'd like to pick him up.

I was smart enough to grab two Ninjas in the beginning to have one with the pulse rifle arm displayed and lucky me the Red Ninja was shown to come with the open mask which is what I display now.

I avoided getting into PAK at the time, I was focused too much on Hot Toys and Hasbro stuff. Kind of silly looking back now, but I learned my lesson. Now I only collect PAK, Figma, Tamashii Nations, and Kotobukiya. Primarly anyway. I feel like all four of those brands/companies are pretty much the top tier of all.

By the way Plissken, I love your MGS collection. I always reference your link when I need to research or compare MGS stuff. I still need to get a MGR Raiden, I'm thinking standard or blue. If I'm correct, there isn't really a completely game accurate version is there?

Yeah the standard doesn't exactly match the in game colors, but it's close enough. I appreciate that my collection can be useful

Standard version it is then. I definitely cannot afford to get into the "variant" game with this line. No red Batman, power ranger Raidens, or 2nd player colors, lol. The only one I would have bought is Ryu (black version), but only for an Evil Ryu. He's not evil though, and even if I paint the yes red I want him more menacing. Maybe SQEX will get to an Evil Ryu at some point.. ... ha, probably not.

i kinda hope liquid and raiden get delayed. sorry to even say that, it was hard. i got some bills to pay and my last car payment is this month. would really help me out. i got 1 liquid and 2 raidens. gonna be $240 plus shipping.

Yeah the Raiden variants are more trouble than they're worth, I think only me and Jason are the only members who got all 5.

Me and Jason were the only members that jumped on them immediately. That pic reminds me, I need to update it, I changed Fox's pose in the center to facing away since I love the design of the spinal cord.

I still can't believe they didn't do a reissue of the MGS1 line. Who knows, with Liquid coming out maybe they will.

Actually, I think they just got pushed back late November! I don't know if that's in America or Japan. I'm trying to find out.. OK they're delayed until late November in Japan, so we should get them in December here I believe.

A delay would be welcome to me, I only got 2 more HT this year and the rest are small releases but a lot of them.
