Oh also the price increase with no suitable QC upgrade is what is really turning me away from PAK...I saw their Nightwing and Batgirl from Arkham Knight, which I want but at the same time, that might be my last.

I've been searching for some time but I haven't popped onto any news regarding the new PAK adam jensen...given the new game incoming there should be some info about it. SDCC perhaps?

Got both Master Chief and Locke today. Definitely nicer than expected and he stands well without the stand. Seems that he should be a little lighter in color, thought Locke's armor was more silver. Overall its pretty good, still way WAY overpriced for what it is. Im done with PAKs until they release a Sephiroth if ever..

Like it, but the fact that the helmet is on the p155 really bugs me. For the price what is that all about. I was hoping someone at Play Arts Kai might have said 'that helmet is sloping and lop sided, do it again'. Nope.

All the same too. Every one i've seen in reviews are all the same, so sculpt/cast/molding issue obviously. How come the cracked visor version is better...? Wouldn't they be from the same mold.

Luckily, the cracked visor version is much better and a lot more symmetrical. Here is the none cracked.

After removing Chiefs upper part of the helmet, heating, bending, and re-attaching, quite like it now.

I'm done with PAK. They're figures are $50 -$70 dollar figures being sold at 3 times that. How do we get the excellent Halo 2 chief at $100 and then a much inferior (is it also smaller) Halo 5 Chief not that much later for 50% more?

It feels like they are just trying to see what they can get away with.

i just collected the mgs ones and sold all the others i had. they were great when they first started but became not worth it in the long run.

Halo 5 Chief is not inferior to the Halo 2 Anniversary. I wouldn't say one is better than the other. Apprx same height. I pre-ordered mine from Square Enix Europe and they were £76 each shipped to my door, which was about $100 each.

I do agree though, and will say, unless the prices come down, or quality dramatically improves, these will be it for me.

I think the systemic quality issues with the wonky head sculpt alone make Halo 5 inferior. But obviously dealing with opinions. I think the H5 proportions are terrible, back to the skinny torso giant hips of Reach, and the paint app seems worse to me than the Halo 2 Anniversary figure. It also looks like it has more trouble balancing and weaker joints. But, again, just my opinion.

I'm okay at $100 or less because I'm a huge Halo fan but even that I feel is pricey for what they are giving us.
