Isn't la Cite des Nuages an arcade? Maybe you're thinking about Album or Pulp.

I think I'm confusing it with La Tete Dans les Nuages which is (used to be?) an arcade near Blvd des Capucines near Opera.

I really want it as well but when I picture myself having it I'm not sure at all were I could put it in the house.
Plus it would be probably my one and only weapon replica so I'm not sure.
