As much as I would like it to be, I don't think that is Prof X either.

Besides being too muscular, itlooks like he is sitting on a throne of some type, not a wheelchair/hoverchair. Maybe it is a Thanos prototype or a Dr Doom comiquette? Black Bolt?

This has been discussed on the Statue Forums already.
After comparing the boots & the throne to images of Doom, Magneto & Black Bolt, it's clear that it isn't them nor is it Charles.

Like the thread at Statue Forums this image most closely resembles that of Ultron.

Note the abdominal area & a close similarity to the boots design.

I thought about that as well, but it is too small for Hulk.

Besides, I don't want a statue of Hulk sitting down. I want one of him doing what he does best...smashing things. It is part of what makes the comiquette so awesome.
