No. I have pics. All I have to do is smash that head.

They don't ALWAYS ask you to smash the offending piece. I have had statues with flaws on just a head or accessory and they ask they WHOLE statue gets shipped back.

Don't worry Fremen I'm sure it looks great. If not, the good thing about paint is you can always redo it as opposed to sculpt and you normally get better in subsequent tries. If push comes to shove you could always pay someone else to just do the eyes, I'm sure it wouldn't cost that much.

I'm done for the night. This is the first time I've tried to do eyes and it will be my last!
Maybe I'll take a go at it again tomorrow, maybe not.

My god that looks so much better. Are you going to repaint the lips into something a little less whoreish?

Wow thats horrid!! < LOL!!!

Been sayin it.. Prices goin up while quality is dropping.. and its been gettin worse... Packing, materials ( hollow), now theyre hiring amateur painters.

I seriously don't know why they would resculpt the ass from the SDCC proto. It makes no sense to make something worse.

No matter what actions SS take, if they even do, to remedy any of this statue's problems. The ass will never be changed to what was displayed, advertised, and sold with an NRD at SDCC. I canceled my order for being tricked into a fine ass.

No doubt bro, that's definitely a valid reason to do that. Why they even messed with that at all especially after rave reviews from SDCC is beyond me.

As long as people keep paying hundreds of dollars for products of lesser and lesser quality (hollow resin, bad QC, 1$/h cross-eyed amateur painters using water colors, etc..) SS will have no incentive to change the current trend...

I don't even care for Madame Hydra but I feel like pre-ordering her now just to fill the void that Rogue left me with.

As long as people keep paying hundreds of dollars for products of lesser and lesser quality (hollow resin, bad QC, 1$/h amateur painters using water colors, etc..) SS will have no incentive to change the current trend...

Yeah as quality control and paint application suffers, new and long time customers are going to be driven away. Things like the Spidey, IM and Rogue paintjobs combined with the breaking damage on 1:2 IM makes me wonder what kind of badly painted thin-shelled hollow castings we will see in the future.

That and the fact that the X-men PFs have gone sharply downhill from Gambit PF, Cyke Ex head was inexcusable to me, now Rogue's flat ass, bat paint app and Sideshow Eyes and Psylocke is going to look horrid with the thick cloth over her.

Seems like after giving a damn about rolling out a first hit they seem to care less in subsequent releases.

I'm appalled they even released Cyke's 2nd head in that state.

Madame Hydra is the sleeper female Grail piece of the year..They just don't come more visually enticing than this piece..feast your eyes on Hydra's sweet sweet 360
