Its the hobby man. I don't spend enough as it is. I already cut my spending by not buying another line, namly the Thunder Cats Lion-O & Mum-Ra. I can't even buy the little Godzilla and Mechagodzilla. And I grow up watching Godzilla.

Just glad I didn't start Hot Toys.....that's a black hole for sure.

I don't think so. The only ones people are saying look better are the ones where no one does a close up. People said that about mine from far away too.

mine looks like the Rogue in Rook's picture, like his, she looks decent from a few feet away but go in for a closer inspection and it's an entirely different story. She was painted in the same Chinese factory and they all seem so far to have the same crappy paint app

Mine looks fine...even the poster looks fine. Although the Gambit poster got a slight scratch but its so small with no color damage.

Can't say about those pics out there....I'll post my fuzzy camer pics in a sec.

That's all I care for, frankly. Cyclops is one of my favorite Marvel characters, but I am no fan of his early '90s look so I passed on the PF. Byrne-era characters in 1/4 scale would be instant buys for me. Unfortunately, I don't see it happening since SSC is going down the early '90s, Jim Lee/leg belt/unnecessary brown leather jacket period instead.

I called today and got through right away. I spoke with Daniel. I dealt with him in the past on my Thanos complaint and missing print in the Psylocke comiquette. I got the standard line of 5-7 business days to respond, blah blah. I said he must be very busy this week and he laughed and said that the amount of complaints wasn't as bad as what the message boards would indicate. So either he was lying or more of you guys have got to call them and complain. The more people that complain, the louder our voice gets and the more likely Sideshow is to make a decision favorable to us collectors.

I believe it. Complaining on the boards alone isn't gonna do jack to change SSC's behavior, though. . .

Best looking one so far IMO. I hate to be the prevented uncle Jesse from full house of this fail thread but, in the photo looks like shes packing a bit of a camel toe or maybe just the lighting in the photo... Congrats Bro!

I have to admit, there's little sticky fingers on her left hand. But its not even noticeable unless my eye balls is 1 inch away. And the reg head doesn't fit totally in unless I fold the jacket collar back. Still no problem to me. I love both head....so awesome. Better than my She-Hulk and just as good as my Ms. Marvel.

I left them a voicemail today, basically said that this is not an isolated incident, that its not a matter of these being handpainted and they look really bad. Asked what my options were. I said that I would prefer a correctly painted replacement statue or my money back and to give me a call as soon as they could.

Kudos Corrose, do let us know what happens.
Still hoping Sideshow does something with this, admittance of the screw-up would be a good start or quite possibly a public apology.
