I haven't had a reason to buy SS Star Wars since Vader. I will buy both Palpatine and the throne to pose with Vader (until ROTJ Vader is introduced).

Looks rockin at this point

As cool as the throne is, I'll have to pass on it. Figures are expensive enough these days without buying $200 furniture to go with them.

As long as he's got the cane, I'm good.

how different is this figure from the one released as a 2 pack? If it's the same then just the throne for me.

Already from the one photo, for sure it's a completely different costume, at least 2 new hands.

Jury's out on the sculpt, I can't figure out if it's new or the Sidious used again.

Looks like one piece robe; head to toe. And, definitely the hands are different.

And to be film accurrate, it should be a different hilt.

This is what the Emperor held when keeping Luke's saber.

It'd be cool if this figure came with, Ex. or just a regular item.

Considering the fact that Darth Sidious was on a buck that could very well be because they can't use the Pro neck adapter due to his wrinkled flesh.
