Is there any difference in getting a batch that is shipping now versus flex paying and getting one in 2 or 3 months with respect to possible flaws (armpit, etc)? I really want this statue now but I was considering easing out the payments since I have a full payment shield coming in sometime unknown the 1st quarter.

They updated the SS website with current pictures. If I were a betting man I wouldn't bet on a remedy. Besides. It is not as bad as pictures make it to be. Pictures make everything look worse.

I probably wouldn't mind it, although seeing pics and then seeing my Superman has them tucked in, I'd prefer the latter, but we'll see I guess.

Mine shipped and is due to arrive Friday the 13th...... this can't be good..... Watch some delivery issue occur like before and I have to wait til Monday...

Yeah sups tailoring is much better. I do believe a lot had to do with the angles and such. Sups is much easier to tackle I think. Could be wrong.

Arrived safe and sound. Pits are much better, don't know if they rectified it for the later batches or not, but it was the biggest hangup for me and I would have done the "surgery" if it was like some that I have seen. There are a lot of light splatter marks on the base though, particularly under the wings, is that normal? Also, a couple small bump under the costume which I obviously can't get to, to fix it.
