I don't know how to post pics. SS came back and said it was fine. I took better pics with a light and u can actually see the bat symbol as split as you can see the seem separating. I sent them these pics tonight. Do they ever send replacement parts for a statue? If they do they would have to send me the entire body.

They do, but depends on the severity of the issue or their current replacement stock. Sometimes the new piece is worse than the original(or won't fit the base). You are probably better off returning and trying another one.
 
If I return this one am I going to be refunded original shipping charge? Will I have to pay return shipping? And then have to pay shipping again on the new one. That's over $100.
 
You won't have to pay shipping if there is a problem with it.

Thanks. Will they refund my entire original cost including shipping? I guess I will just wait for their final response based on last pics and ask these questions to them. Now I understand people's frustration with SS PF. I have a bunch of 1/6 scale items and SS has always sent me a replacement part when requested. Now I get my first SS PF from them (I bought Superman off someone and that person had two extra sculpts because of faults with the originals) and have an issue. And my pits are no better than anyone else's, but I can live with them.

Sent them the pics above last night. Also left a voice mail with a support person I have dealt with in the past. Emailed him the pics directly to him. Waiting to see if they get back to me.

Amazing customer service. Offered option of a rebate or a new body. New body on the way. I'm going over them both with LED lights when they come. 'Get' to destroy existing body if new works!!!

If your replacement body is not to your satisfaction, then just get a full refund with your shipping. You lose nothing. They will send you a UPS return label and just start all over ordering a whole new Bats while they still got them. It's hard believe they haven't sold out this 7500 ES by now after all these years.

Well. You guys called it. New body is perfect and IT DOES NOT fit in the existing base. So now I get to send everything back. What a PIA.
