Oh man, I LOVE the needler! I will pick that ____ up for sho no lie! Me and a Halo playing friend of mine used to troll the ____ outta people with the needler man, you unload a clip(even half a clip will drop shields) in someone and its game over then we used to teabag em while singing 'Needlediiiiiiiiiiiiick' in a really high voice I will seriously beast on fools with the needler man I'm not even joking, farrrrk I havent played Halo online for ages since having a baby girl in the house. I wanna get my needler on! People hate you so much when you use it - dudes are like 'Why don't u use a REAL weapon u ___!?' and I'm like 'What? Like that BR you just ____ing failed to kill me with? Needlediiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiick!!!' Halo griefing; good times and no offense but US players are the easiest people to upset too

Edit: I havent played since March WTF? My mediocre skills will have vacated the premises

I've got to get back into it too. Two kids later and nothing to show for it. You just have no time when kids are involved. Sad fact of life my friend. That really is one of the big reasons I am getting back into the sideshow deal (and not a better time I might add.) I intend on taking some time in between each crappy diaper change to escape to my statue paradise.

I'm done with detolfs and other Ikea's _____, if u keep your eyes on craigslist you're bound to find better stuff at good prices.

I've been doing the same. The Cases I really like go for thousands, so craigslist is the best bet.

if you're paitient you'll get a steal, i got a brass and glass heavy case that was quoted for 5000+ for a ridiculous price.

the detolfs that i got are very oldbtw lol, i would not buy those again, but if you're looking for detolfs, they pop up on craigslist at much better prices from time to time, specially if they're multiples.

My real problem is the glass shelving, I know they can only hold so much weight and they scare me.

I'm looking to find something nice with wood shelving and glass doors.

I know what u mean, with the big statues from sideshow you either do wood shelving or thick glass, I would say 3/4 or thicker depends on how many and how much weight they are, which means must likely costum cut glass and reinforced shelve holding, I don't like the different cases look, somewhat similar display cases make the collection look much better IMHO

I know what you mean about the wait. I finally took the plunge and got into this hobby but it doesn't feel like it yet cause nothing actually comes till next year. I keep being temped to buy something that's in stock at SSC but I have to stay strong as I said 3 a year and I got 2 already ordered and superman to come.

Thanks for the pep light. I know it will all be worth it in the end. I have a beautiful daughter and a new baby boy that the sun rises and sets with. It kind of sucks now because SS is turning on the heat with all the amazing statues available right now! Curse Them! But seriously, I'm having to scrape together and sell some of my stuff to get what I want. Thankfully I have an understanding wife and she knows this is an unusual year for sideshow putting out all these amazing products. I can wait for my kids to enjoy my statues!

Once the kids are in your life it's hard to imagine (and in my case remeber) a life without them. The only humans one would literally die for (cue violins)
This must be said though - they won't be cheaper to maintain as they grow older! - so let's unite and keep collecting no matter what (and I hope all in here has that understanding wife that this hobby REQUIRES)
