It is all speculation, BUT since the following delays have been conformed or happened it is a pretty good bet.
Joker (delayed 3 months and still on back order at SSC)
Ivy
Black Widow
Superman PO put off till 2013
Wonde Woman Reveal put off till 2013

These are just the ones I can think of off the top of my head. Nothing with the DC line has been on time SO I doubt they will start with Batman.
