Which head are you going to display? Your icon or the head turned sideways? The one looking down doesn't look like the best pose. Ill probably do the sideways one.

Well I really like both. At first the one I have for my Icon aw the only ne I could see displaying, BUT after I saw some the pics from SDCC I saw that the short eared sideways portrait totally rocks as well. It is an entirely other feel. I am hoping to be able to display it in a way that I can switch the tw out often to keep it looking fresh.

Both looking great but first I am going to display it with the angry head. It just looks killer but the other one is good too.

I'm goin to prob stay with the front head my Joker And PIvy will be in front of him and just a bit lower so it will look kinda like hes looking down at them plus if you displayf him looking sideways imo i dont feel like you get the same effect you cacnt see a lot of th detail that was pu into the statue.

plus at his point i dont care if i can even display him i can only display the box with him inside. i would care i just want him in my collection. plus rules are ent to b broken.....

Honestly, I can see my self moving both Bats and Supes around to show off both portraits. Supes' side ways view portrait is FANTASTIC sorts just say if I could swing it properly, those two bad boys would occasionally be facing out together, and then towards each other. Then again it all depends on WW as she and Supes will be the companions to my Bats.

I think the most significant factor for determining which head to use for this piece will probably end up being, for most, where they display him. The one looking downward would obviously look great if he's put on top of a display case or on the top shelf, etc... basically somewhere where you need to look up to see him. On the other hand the angry sculpt probably works better when the statue is eye level or below.

at first it was kind of lame for this ex to have something so small. But now the batarang is really growing on me. Its a batman trademark weapon. So it really does matter in my opinion. I'm sure in person the batarang is going to look much bigger than in the pics.
