I really like the mesh tailoring on this Batman. Not a fan on the angry COH but I like the calmer head instead. Looks like a winner :)

2 heads for reg & EX is awesome
Not too fussed on the Batarang switch out hand though so not worried if I can't score an Ex I'll be happy with just a reg but I'll definitely be attempting to get the EX first

Now comes the waiting game :)

I can't tell there's a COH? The sell out on the Droids set also still worries me. :panic::panic::panic:

Looks good, definitely prefer the neutral sculpt over the angry look. SSC website is going to crash hard when this goes up in a couple of hours time :lol:

There's so many niggly things about this piece, that I don't know whether I'll order or not.

His face sculpt looks more Judge Dredd than Batman, and though I can certainly live with both face sculpts, don't dislike them particularly, and can just take this as an 'older' Batman, I don't particularly love either one. His raised leg looks fat rather than muscular (kind of like the DC 1/4 in that respect). His neck does have a little bit of the giraffe thing going on, but it's not too bad. And probably the thing that bugs me most of all, the flow of the cape, where it kinks up at the shoulder, just doesn't work, for me at least. I know what they are going for, but to me it just looks kind of awkward and doesn't flow properly. None of these are deal killers, but they all do bug me just a little.

But on the other side, there's also just as many things about this piece that I really do like, I think the detailing looks great, and they've done really well on the suit, which I was worried about. The base is quite nice too. And most of all, he does have the right 'feel' for a Batman piece. That watching, imposing thing really does sell quite well with the piece.

Hmmm, I just don't know...

man I feel you.. so much likes and dislike.. I think the most part what I don't like is that he looks kind of chubby !!!

edit: the more relaxed looking down head is for me - LOVE it!
