ok, i get how his backpack attaches at the top of his Tac-vest, but how/where does it attach at the bottom?

The clips on the bottom of the backpack attached to the elastic bands on the bottom of his tactical vest.

Can someone please tell me how you attached the bottom of Beachhead's back pack. I know the top has loops that you hook the backpack to but how about the bottom two hooks? there are no loops down there.

Hook the bottom hooks to the elastic band at the bottom of Beachhead's tactical vest.

I think a really good solution to this problem is to buy some 1:6 black Carabiners parted out from Soldier Story or Hot Toys and use those to attach the backpack to the belt.
