Bah, missed 2nd delivery attempt, and I got off work pretty early. These asses are never here before 5 on days when I am home, grrr. At least I get BH tomorrow and Flint on Wednesday though, makes up for the wait some.

just picked up beachhead from the ups facility. what a great friggin' figure. best joe to date. i really dig the xcr and tactical vest. some of the best gear to date as well. he is a solid figure and not just as a joe but as a (well done) modern military figure also. A+ sideshow.

Got my exclusive and I got 2 problems, one is he has the lazy eye sloppy paint job on his masked head and 2nd his .45 is missing the upper half. Hope SS will fix this issue, will call them Monday morning. Other than that badass figure.

Called SS yesterday and they said they will send replacement after sending pictures of the problems. Top notch customer service

They making you destroy the defective parts? They usually ask you to destroy them and send proof of life, err...destruction.

Made a small change to mine, just an suggestion to anyone displaying the exposed sculpt, the neck thing makes for a good stand in for a balaclava in his hand.

I just got this figure yesterday and it looks like Sideshow is getting better with each figure that comes out.Beachhead is AWESOME and i'm still toying around with him.I just finished repainting the EX. head sculpt and posted some PICS(SORRY for the bad shots).Not that it needed any re-do or touch-up but i figured why not.Anyway,let me know what everyone thinks,OK.Oh by the way,what is his natural hair color?THANX!

Me too, him carrying the berret made no sense to me. Carrying the balaclava is much better, like he just got back from a FUBAR mission and hes gonna go stomp a mud hole in someones ass.

Hey do you think there is enough material to make a balaclava out of that piece of fabric?By the way,that's a GREAT idea!I never thought of putting that neck sheath in place of the rolled beret.THANX GUYS!!

The only thing I wish was different with this figure is the color of the sweater and balaclava. I wish it was a bit more forest green like the original...but I guess they were going with realism with the od so I can live with it.
