I thought my excitement for 1/6 SW would die down after this figure but seeing as that Rex is going up for PO next week, my excitement continues.
Star Wars is one of those license that excitement never dies down. I'm always pumped to see new stuff for the 1/6 scale realm.

Just got my Processing Charge Notice!!! He's coming. Charges Friday than should ship Saturday. So I should have Boba next week.:yess::panic:

Cant wait for him to lead my troops:rock I'm almost tempted to choose expedited shipping just to get him sooner.

I am on the fence for this guy. I just dont see enough new changes to justify a white version of the what is essentialy the same released figure we have. Thoughts?

It's supposed to be retooled and have a new cut and sew.:dunno

I know thats what they said, but looking at the photos I am not seeing much of any difference. Same with the basic armor.....am I missing something?

I see the changes on the rocket, some minor changes on the helmet/ gauntlets, but for whatever reason it looks like a slightly modified Boba Fett figure. Yes I know that the concept of White Armor Boba is not much different than the screen seen version, so maybe that is the issue. They are still too similar.

I think I have to wait for in hand photos as well.

I think it just depends on how much you like the character, Hollywood. If you're happy with just having one representation of Boba Fett in your collection, then the ESB version (or the eventual ROTJ version) is probably it. But if you LOVE the character, you probably want every incarnation and variation of it that will be available, in which case I would say to go ahead and get the figure. I think it also appeals to people who love the OT and all the behind the scenes stuff. This is just a neat little nod to all the experimenting and development the artists did to get our favorite characters onscreen. I think some might be looking forward to it to do custom paint jobs on it as well.

Very good points. I do LOVE Boba Fett, but I think I might just hold off a little and see how this guy pans out in the end. I am sure it will be aweome, but I think I will wait.

Once I receive mine I'll post a review on Boba and compare to the other SS released ESB Boba. I'll get into depth with it so don't worry you'll see a review soon on him from me.

I would normally say that waiting is a good idea and that you may even find a great deal on him if you wait long enough. But that beach towel exclusive is just too damn cool to pass up! :wink1:

Well, looks like I'm keeping my order....

Welcome to the Fett club.:wave Good choice. I think this one will come out really awesome. Sideshow has been doing some amazing work on there products lately. Definitely stepped up there game to Hot Toys levels.
