If you are using your points then SSC is the way to go. If not why not order from a web retailer and save 10%

I don't thin its the Viper Figure causing this. I thought they said something about a PPO for the Hot Toys Pred fig and LSB Bust. Think those are causing the site to act crappy.

I accidentally ordered 4. I'll be canceling 3 of course, I've never felt the need to own more of 1 of any figure even army-builders.

I just called customer service and it sounds like their systems are acting up because they asked me to call back in an hour.

I ended up with an extra one also. Both show up on my "manage my account" page, but only one shows up on my cancel page. I spoke with a CS rep, and she said she would look into it and cancel one of them for me.
Hope I end up with one and only one ex Viper...

I clicked to order my 1 exclusive, and then the site completely froze. I did get a confirmation e-mail, so I think I'm good.

This figure is absolutely gorgeous. Probably the best G.I. Joe piece yet from Sideshow.
