I getting an extra Zuke head from a fellow freak. What is the best (Tool wise) and safest way to put a scar on his cheek, like the original has?

You asked for the safest way. That said EF's suggestion would probably work best though I was thinking of a hot soldering iron but you could get burned.

o far as I know, the only difference is the addition of some graffiti to Rock 'N Roll's version (e.g. "Cobra don't surf".

Each helmet also has a unique logo for each Joe - Hawk has a military star on the back of his helmet

Thanks to you both! I was not aware of the unique markings beyond R-n-R's, which I had forgotten about.

I had Duke head re-painted by the very talented Kuato. He also re-painted my Flint, but as good as it looks I, and it looks fantastic. I still dont like the sculpt (personal preference), I just cant see Flint in that sculpt.
