*********, enough with those ugly ****ing stands already. Actually putting some color on them would be a start.

They used to often include dio bases. With the Star Wars Hoth figs they included snow dio pieces with their now standard blah hex stands. They even included extra sculpts, Luke an unheard of 3 heads if you got the exclusive. Those figs had issues too but were loaded with extras, an indication that they were at least trying.

It all seemed to change with X wing Luke. With that fig they jacked the price up a good bit higher than Hot Toys and began the barebones accessory trend. Been pretty much the same ever since.

The sculpt has lost a lot of detail and it's not just a lighting trick. It's longer in the face, less detailed and the hair is taller. Not remotely close to the original advertised images.

The production head honestly looks more like Steve from Stranger Things than it does Kurt Russell.

To hell with SST, man. 9 out of 10 figures they release look awkward and weird somehow if not outright bad. It’s like the ppl responsible for their figs have no freaking idea what they’re doing and/or no eye for it.
