That's where SSC is at this point. If you want to call your products high end and charge over $200 for a figure, then you should expect that collectors will be demanding and expect things like this to be resolved IMO. But they just don't do that anymore, and this has been the case for a few years now. For that reason, I don't order from them until products are in-hand and I have confidence that I will be satisfied with the final product. Crooked chevron in the middle of his mask is a no-go for me. I would prefer they just include stickers and some dull laquer if the folks working their factories can't do this right.I have an off center chevron, i contacted SS and provided a picture. they responded with a pic of "their" reference figure and said since theirs has the off center mask, they consider it normal and will not replace mine.
SS and their endless BS customer service.....
so what they are saying is, "since we also have a crooked one, then we don't consider it a problem we can correct for you."
