This might be the best SC figure since the Baroness.

Baroness and Cobra Commander were my first two 1/6 figures ever! Miss that GI Joe line so much...

No problem, I highly recommend this figure now that Ive messed with him a bit. SSC gets a lot of heat and negativity for quality (often rightfully deserved for sure), but if they can continue this improved quality they have shown with the newest Batman and Magneto, then I think we are gonna get some great releases.

Sideshow did an overall great job on Magneto. Tight body, great headsculpts.

If you like the comic style figures...I think they did a good job.

Gcward, am i seeing a little silver mark on the top of your belt buckle? I'm asking because mine has one too...(See my picts) I was wondering if maybe it's a common mark...

It is the place where all the belts are glued together. Since mine broke, I took him all apart to do the body swap. I really wasn't planning on doing the swap till the elbows broke. I was completely satisfied with the original body seeing him in the box. Anyway when you get lemons you make lemonade.
I know I could have returned him, but I try and fix them if I can and I also hate waiting. Anyway here's a few picture.

I really like the looks of this figure. Of all the SS comic based figures this is really the only one I find tempting.

Warning. i just got mine in and snapped both elbow. They were frozen stiff. Be very careful. He's in for a TBLeauge / Phicen body swap. Will post picture soon.

Add me to this club. Right elbow broke right out of the package. I could feel it was stuck and tried to gently loosen it... but the second I even began to apply the slightest pressure- Snap.

Really a bummer as the figure looks great. Now back to the waiting game for a replacement.

I feel your pain my friend. The reason I did my post was to help those in the same boat know a body swap was possible. I am the first to admit the original body looks great and I was happy with it. But once it broke I wanted to look at other possibilities. I always have a few phicen on hand for customs, so I thought I might as well do a body swap. I'm quit happy with the out come but totally get that it is not for everyone and waiting for a replacement body works better for them. I hope you get it sorted out fast my friend. He is a great figure. This was my first time having any problem with a Sideshow body and I'm still a loyal customer.

My pleasure. I used the body that came with the Alexander the Great which I believe is the M34 body. I purchased him parted out from Monkey Depot. Here's a link:
