SSC The Flash 1/6 Figure

I have Superman and Batman on order already, I'm inadvertently buying the Justice League. My money is on it to be Barry Allen, I wouldn't be shocked if he has accessories to clip in that have lightning around it to give the running look, around the boots, gloves, maybe even the head sculpt.

There may be an alternate head like Batman's that has a sculpt of lightening bolts coming off as if he's running and a standard one. Which may mean his faces would be like Batman's as well in terms of swap ability.

watch, wave two is going to be Silver age robin, Flash, Mr freeze, Huntress, and riddler

And wave three will be wonder woman, Nightwing, Tim drake Robin, Two-face, and the mad hatter

Wave four Green lantern, Sinestro, Damian wayne robin, Knightfall/John-paul Valley Batman, and Bane

Wave 5 will be penguin and Wonder woman

Wave 6 will be Lex Luthor, and the line will end.

If DC Direct with their oversized bodies and exorbitant (for the time) prices can get to 30 figures or so, I'm sure SSC can go further. Especially if they're of the quality we've been seeing. I don't know anyone who is displeased with Joker and Harley and Superman looks like one of the best 1/6 figures we've seen.

I was being fecetious/carcastic dave. I've actualy got a great deal of enthusiasim for this line, and hoping that unlike hot toys, they don't get hyper-focues on one character.

I think though that SSC knows it has to stretch the line, I'm just shocked the announcements are coming as slow as they are. I would have thought we would have got more by now.

Agreed. Other than nitpicks, I've been more pleased with the releases than most lines so far, and I didn't originally plan to get into this line, but I love that we finally have a line that they don't seem to be afraid of producing female characters.

Now, screw Flash and let's get a Professor Zoom announcement.

Love to see a Poison Ivey, Wonder Woman, supergirl, Zatanna, batgirl, hawkgirl, black canary, Starfire. I'm sure I left some out but I'd pick up all the ladies.

As long as they stay away from dolly hair, and keep the quality at baroness/harley/ Joker levels, i'm all in.

I'm still nervous about this figure because it could look like his new 52 or like the tv show if so i will absolutely hate him. they should just keep his suit simple and load us up with extra's and hopefully give us a villian like capt cold, capt boomerang or mirror master or even reverse flash there his top villians outside the girl killer frost.

If I were a betting man I would say it'll be the standard Flash suit that we know and love. Looking at Batman and Superman I'd be shocked if they went any different. That being said I have a feeling New 52 versions are on the horizon too.

I think SS is smart enough to know their fans are collectors who want classic versions of the characters; just look at Batman. I think Flash will be the classic Barry Allen look and eventually we'll get a Wally variant. Villains are where it gets iffy. Other than the Bat-rogues, villains don't always sell well. I'm personally hoping we get some great female characters from this line. Wonder Woman and Batgirl are high up on my list.

My number one want, though, is Captain Marvel, and not the standard Alex Ross "Leering fat Italian guy" Captain Marvel. I want one that actually looks like CC Beck designed him.

Yeah, surely after some simple deduction, one would work out that their Flash will follow the pattern of their last few releases.
