I agree, I am thinking about doing that myself and giving him a TT muscle body. I don't mind the Pro, I just hate the sheety ankle joints. AND wtf is up with the rubber knee caps? Makes these things sway back and forth.

I would prefer if it were straight brown. Great pics, Nick.

Or maybe one of those Jedi robe colors where there is a hint of red. I dunno.

The hood looks great in person IMO. Doesn't see as red as in the pics on the previous page. Sure its not comic/toy/cartoon brown, but it works. Once you guys get him in hand, the color of the hood will probably the last thing you're thinking about. He is an amazing figure. Probably the best in the whole line so far!

I think the hood color looks excellent in Deak's 2nd and 3rd pics, where you don't have the more maroon colored pants to compare it to (that really make the red of the hood pop out). I can't wait until it gets here (probably late next week or something, considering how long it typically takes SS to get anything to me).

When I get him I will dye the clothing into a more brown colour.
Prolly put him on a tt muscular body and dropped the black shirt.
Also that armour need to be darker, almost black.

I was going by the card art & comic. I would love a feature where the chest armor and thigh pads light up like in the cartoon.

Predator tech could explain some of Zartan's camouflage ability, even though Zartan came first.

Why black armor? The comic and card art are like Sideshows...

His original toy, card art and even the classic cartoon were always black. Well, technically his chest plate was a deep blue in the cartoon. I stopped reading the comics in the high 70's of the issues, but those first few years Zartan's armor was white with shiny highlights like Destro's head. The only exception to this was when he placed his armor on Ripcord, then the shoulder armor was black. So, for someone wanting that classic look I think Elivs' touches are going to look great.

Have to agree... the figure looks quite good overall. But the color of the armor just doesn't work for me. But that's a pretty easy fix if one is so inclined.

Yes, Zartan has gone back in stock twice now if I'm not mistaken. First on Monday/Tuesday and then again yesterday (Thursday) or so the newsletter claimed. But he sold back out again and probably for good this time.
