Has anyone heard anything about a possible reissue of this?

I just got invoiced from Kit for this one. Seems like an awfully quiet original release and reissue. Not much chatter about what looks like a really nice figure.

Wow. Really disappointed in the paint apps on this SSR reissue. Almost pink in appearance not even remotely matching the body and coated in a glossy finish. Mine didn’t even come in a KC Superman box but was tossed in a DKR Batman box. I thought Kit sent me the wrong figure when I opened the shipper.

Such a shame since I really wanted a KC Supes on the shelf. Guess I’ll try and do a wash and Dulcote to see if I can get it at least closer to the body color.

That is quite a shame and I am sorry to see that. I have the original and it looks like it was produced by 2 different companies (suit and head painting). Hopefully the Dulcote helps with the face shine.
