What material are the boots made of?

According to the SSR solicitation below, the boots, belt and wrist armor are all made of leather:
A tactical belt with leather
A pair of boots with leather
A pair of wrist armour with leather

On a side note, My AliExpress tracking finally showed that it shipped today.

Could be a language barrier, but "with leather" doesn't instill confidence that it's made of leather. Just that it has leather.

I got the figure too. I’m surprised how good it is. Very impressed with this figure. Also helps that I love the Gotham By Gaslight comic book…just don’t watch the animated movie adaptation lol.

No, it doesn't. It is just a Christmas lantern for Christmas trees, but it matches.
About the figure, I would like to recall how much I like it, specially the cape: this is simply superb. I would have added a diorama though, but I think I will do it myself.
SSR is doing great stuff. Their Miller's DKR is better than the Hot toys one to my eyes (they have ankle articulation, whereas Hot Toys doesn't). In this Gaslight case, boots seem also made of leather.
