Yep, it does have a Kamen Rider feel. seeing it along with the actual Predator who wears it would make it a lot more appealing.

In my defense, I really only like the old school adult anime and not Dragon Ball Z, Naruto, etc. Blood: The Last Vampire and Appleseed are awesome.
