I received this over the weekend. It was Painted by The Mortal Immortal of the hunters lair forum. Amazing piece can't wait to get the dreads and beads and finish this guy. It has custom made glass eyes by the way.

Hey Tay, I actually could've afforded the sideshow predator but prefer more original pieces that not everyone has. Sideshows is awesome but I want real dreads instead of molded ones. I would highly recommend the guys on the lair especally TMI, Usurper, GK Asylum, Ta2pro, Big Guns, or farscape they are some of the best artists and painters in my opinion and their pieces become instant grails once received.

Thanks for all the comments it really is an awesome piece, thick heavy resin and glass eyes and paint just make it the ultimate Predator 1 collectible for me. Once the Bambooie dreads and beads are ordered and put on I will post more.

I got a few left from a bag of 70 I bought from ebay that I used to put on my pred 2 bust but Ill have to try and find some more and the seller is no longer selling them on ebay. The holes are already there so it makes for placing them an easy task.

Man all these custom stuff I've been seeing here lately really puts the SSC stuff to shame. I'm not saying they're bad. Just saying these are better!

The quills have been ordered for this bust. Trying to rasie the money to buy the dreads and beads now. Here is a picture next to my Predator 2 bust.

So its taken me 4 months to save up and get some dreads for my Predator 1 bust and they finally arrived this week so I went to work. The dreads and beads are Bambooies' of thehunterslair.com. I still need to attach like 35 dreads to the back of the head, paint up more beads about 110, add quills, probably get a different pair of glass eyes (since the pair I got are too big, they work but think I can find better) and I going to make a bigger skull and bone necklace. I don't expect to be finished anytime soon but I will update my progress if anyone is interested. Here is where Im at so far:
