Even Yoda can’t sense every being from across the galaxy. And we saw that even Obi-Wan had cut himself off from the force in his exile.Yoda truky believed there was none left except Luke. Unless that was a retcon.
I mean, we can take issue with the quality of these shows, but I wouldn't expect them to all have the same tone and feel as Mando, which was meant to be a western. How could anyone honestly think there wouldn't be a season 2.
They've committed to this **** story and they are not going to back off. That would be like admitting they were wrong and season 1 was ****. Regardless of how low the viewings were and the lackluster fan response.
Mando s1 and s2, for whatever reason, were so different in feel and tone than BOBF, Mando s3 and Ahsoka that they don't even feel like the same show/series. Thankfully, s2 of Mando could be considered a good ending for the series when Luke takes Grogu... The End.
What poor ratings lol. The show was pretty successful overall.Having a Season 2 seems pointless considering the poor ratings of Season 1.

Ahsoka was clearly going for the feel of a live action Rebels, which I thought they did fairly well.

Lower =/= low. High enough to get a second season . Regardless, it's a streaming show and will find more viewers over time. Just like Clone Wars and Rebels did.
That chart, if you read the top, is viewings for each series finale. And usually when the data is released, they span over a 5 day period giving fans time to watch. There are plenty of articles and charts out their about the abysmal viewership of some of these shows. Disney (and other streaming services) lies constantly about viewings to spin things in its favor. This was also one of the things included in the writers & actors strike. Being properly compensated for stuff like this. Remember, ScarJo sued Disney over Black Widow, cause they weren't including the same day D+ streaming in its BO revenue, so she was getting shafted on residuals.Lower =/= low. Also no idea what time period that chart supposedly covers. Release day? Week? Month? Year? Everything ahead of Ahsoka came out before it.
People just seem mad that it's seemingly more successful than they wanted it to be, just because they dont like it personally.
