I can't overstate how much I love this show. Just like Rogue One, it sort of stands alone in this mature bubble relative to the OT but it's the most welcome addition for me.
  1. Andor
  2. Rogue One
  3. Star Wars
  4. The Empire Strikes Back
  5. Return of the Jedi
... are all I need, but I can accept Solo and Mandalorian S1 and S2 as fun additions, albeit the latter remains uneven for me. I don't love ROTJ as an adult but it's a necessary conclusion, flawed or not.

The rest of it I can happily forget, although some of the PT designs were on point.

Pretty close to identical to my list too.

Andor
ESB
R1
ANH
ROTJ

(I think ROJ has better highs than ANH but also lower lows, so although I enjoy it more I think ANH is the better film)

Solo (flawed but acceptable, better than most think and usually overlooked)
Mando s1 and s2: if edited down into solid movies, removing all the cringe, stupid and filler they could be great, as they are they sort of teeter on the edge.

PT: terrible but I also love a lot of the designs. I treat them like a sort of "from a certain point of view" / What if? style retelling of pre OT events, but not the exact actual events. Kinda like a third hand retelling of the story.

At this point, my most wanted figure from HT would be a figure of Cassian at Celebration. I love this show so much and say again it's the best Star Wars content ever produced.
I'm going to have to re-watch season one as a binge. I tried to watch it week to week when it came out and I just found it really boring. I loved Rogue One so maybe I was just "in a mood" or something during my season one attempt. You all have me optimistic to watch...and the season two trailer looks quite good.

Oh mine wasn't a ranked list, just my personal canon. If I had to rank that's hard because the RO/Andor stuff is so tonally different.

Pretty much the same for me, but I can't even watch the Lucas edits of the OT anymore - all that added digital crap that is now the most dated part of it, or stupid Han shooting first, etc. There's a couple of good fan edits that keep quality revisions and get rid of all the stupidity and the 4K77, 80, 83 series are excellent.

I must admit, I even struggle with R1 - for me, I can clearly see where Gilroy was brought it in to try and make it flow and it just makes it an effort to watch. Some of the dialogue and character motivations are so bizarre and stupid, it just grinds my gears. As an example - Jyn's mom and the beginning; one of the most stupid, idiotic, nonsensical character decisions in the history of cinema - leaves her child and runs off like a simpleton to pull out a single pissant gun against death troopers - even the most challenged person would realize that's a dumb idea. Clearly she had a mental disability.

Way too many dumb things like that and weird acting that kills it for me now.

Just finished S1 - and I'm glad I watched it again before S2 started, I'd forgotten a few things.

Two gripes with it after a second viewing:

Firstly, (and I know this one is my own stupid ****), but god I hate seeing that lame SW tv character animation thing at the beginning; it just reminds me of all the garbage they've made, and sadly, I generally loathe the brand nowadays.

Second; they spend far too much time on the prison storyline. Everything else leads to something that significantly contributes to the overall story, whereas that is such a small contribution for such a large portion of on screen time. I would rather have seen more of the goings-on in all the other story threads.

Either way, now I'm super hyped for S2 - please let it be good!
