Chances are that I will *NOT* want to troop the party. I'll want to relax, and hang, and not have to worry if the costume will be damaged and the like.
 
Can you guys breath very easily inside of those masks, or is it stifling? Either way, you guys are totally "troopers." That would be me too if I had an expensive investment in a costume. I would worry all the time that someone would be scratching it or sticking a damn sign to my back.

I think you guys are awesome! :D

Fans in the Helmet! My Vader has two fans in the mask. One to blow air in, one to blow air out, so I can circulate air around my face.

It will kill me though. The Body suit is 3 layers of fabric: Leather lines with cotton, with a polyester fill. The cape is wool lined with satin. Inner robe is wool. The helmet is fiberglass, as is the chest armor. It is a HOT outfit.
 
I have one fan in the helmet to blow some air in. Most of the time it's not a big deal if I'm trooping in A/C.

After a Star Wars Weekends parade in the sun though I'd be down for a few hours afterwards and take a nap. And the parade is only 10 minutes long at the most!

But we do it because we love it. Otherwise it would be on a mannequin in my bedroom.
